She was our most successful marketer and managed the marketing team her second year. Homeowners always gushed about how she out worked all the boys on her crew; Who by the way were football players. ..

Nick worked for us for two years and recommended several of his friends to work on his crew. Their crew was one of my most productive crews ever. Nick is very passionate in his sports. He played fullback for four years in college at UWSP. He also was the head coach for the local high schools legion baseball and helps coach football in the fall. As you can guess, he went to school for teaching and coaching, and now teaches high school social studies in De Pere, Wisconsin. Nick loves fishing and being on the water in the summer. He also played softball with a team that has played in several national tournaments, and is married with two beautiful daughters!
It was an honor having Nick on our team, and it is an honor to see him giving of himself to help shape so many young minds!
We would like to dedicate our workers page to Joey Trzebiatowski. Joey was an amazing person who exemplified what our company was all about. He was one of the hardest working individuals you would ever meet, volunteering for all the trickiest areas to paint on the house. He even worked with me one evening until 9 PM finishing of a project so we could start on the next project in the morning. Not only was Joey a hard worker, he was one of the nicest guys you could have ever met. Customers always complimented Joey on what a good listener he was. He always listened to their concerns and took care of anything needed, but most of all, just the friend to friend conversations that Joey was always willing to engage in. Joey worked two years with me. He took on the challenging role of doing estimates his second year and was showing good success. Joey tragically passed away April 2012 in a vehicle accident. Joey always was an entrepreneur, and was going to transfer from UWSP to UW Madison or University of Minnesota to attend business school. Thank you for all of your hard work you certainly touched many in your time with us.
Prairie Rose has implemented an extensive training process for our students to participate in. With each new team member, we take them through a tough week training where they experience the toughest project, so they have seen everything.
We also like to say that painting isn’t rocket science. We hire individuals who care and have great values instilled in them. Plus, alot of our students stay for multiple years, so they have a lot of great experience.
